GLS Courier
Delivery within 24 hours. Packages are delivered on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and delivery date.
You can pay the courier in cash or by card.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox. A second delivery attempt will be made the next day. The package will then be stored at the depot for 7 days for pickup.
We recommend providing a delivery address where you will be available during the day (e.g., at work).
You can track the shipment online on the courier’s website.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Online Credit Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
On the order page, select the option “Payment by credit card online, Apple Pay, Google Pay”. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure 3D Secure – Comgate payment gateway. There, you can choose between online credit card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (the displayed option depends on your device – Apple Pay appears on iOS devices, Google Pay on Android devices).
For PayPal payments, select the corresponding option. If you have a PayPal account, log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, create one, enter your payment details (credit card or bank account), and confirm the payment. You will then be redirected back to our website to complete your order.
For online credit card payments, enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code (found on the back of your card). If additional verification is required, your bank may request confirmation (e.g., via SMS code or banking app). All payment data is transmitted securely and is not accessible to us.
For Google Pay / Apple Pay – select the displayed option and follow the on-screen instructions.
