Zásilkovna
Delivery within 24 hours.
You can track the shipment after sending the order at https://www.zasilkovna.cz/
If you choose Zásilkovna as the delivery point:
You can pick up the parcels according to the opening hours of a specific Zásilkovna branch.
You will receive an SMS code for pickup.
It is possible to pay in cash or by card.
If you choose Z-Box as your pick-up location:
You can pick up your packages anytime 24/7.
Open the pick-up location using:
a) The "Zásilkovna" application, which you download to your mobile phone.
b) A 6-digit numeric code that you simply type on the keyboard located directly on the Z-Box.
If you have selected cash on delivery, you must pay online in both cases in the "Zásilkovna" application before opening the box.
Czech Post - Balíkovna (package to Balíkovna)
Delivery within 24 hours.
You will receive an SMS code for pick-up at Balíkovna or for opening the pick-up location (depending on the location you have selected).

If you choose a parcel center as your pick-up location:
Pick-up at Balíkovna during the working hours of the specific post office.
At the post office in Balíkovná, you can pay in cash or by card.
If you choose a parcel machine (including alza box, etc.) as the delivery location:
Pickup at the delivery box 24/7.
If you have selected a parcel machine and payment by cash on delivery, you will receive an email with the need to pay the cash on delivery online. Only then will you receive a code to open the delivery box.
DPD, PPL, GLS courier
Delivery within 24 hours. Packages are delivered on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail and SMS with the package number and delivery date.
You can pay the driver in cash or by card.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification in your mailbox about the delivery attempt. The next day, a second delivery attempt will be made. The shipment is then stored for 7 days at the depot, where you can pick it up.
We recommend that you fill in the delivery address where you will be during the day (for example, to work).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
1) COD
If you have selected delivery to an address or to a brick-and-mortar delivery point, you can pay in cash or by card.
If you chose Z-Box, you must pay cash on delivery via the Zásilkovna online application.
2) Payment by Credit Card Online, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
On the order page, select the option "Payment by credit card online, Apple Pay, Google Pay". After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure 3D Secure – Comgate payment gateway. There, you can choose from the following payment methods: online credit card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (the option displayed will depend on the device you are using – Apple Pay will appear on iOS devices, and Google Pay on Android devices).
For payments via PayPal, select the corresponding option. If you have a PayPal account, log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on "Create account", enter your payment details (credit card or bank account), and confirm the payment. You will then be redirected back to our website where your order will be completed.
For online credit card payments, please enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code (found on the back of your card). If additional verification is required, your bank may prompt you (e.g. by sending an SMS code or asking for confirmation in your banking app). All payment information is transmitted securely and is not accessible to us.
For Google Pay / Apple Pay, simply select the displayed option and follow the instructions.
Online Bank Transfer
Select the Online Bank Transfer option on the order page and after confirming your order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway 3D Secure - Comgate. There, click on the Bank transfer option and a page with a list of banks that allow online bank transfers will open. If you do not find your bank among them, click on the "Other banks" option on this page. Click on your bank and then follow the instructions.
