Dosage

Take 0.5 ml daily using the calibrated measuring dropper, preferably in the morning under the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dosage by age

• 4 to 6 years: 0.25 ml daily (7 drops)
• 7 to 10 years: 0.5 ml daily (14 drops)
• 11 to 14 years: 0.75 ml daily (21 drops)
• From 15 years and adults: 1 ml daily (28 drops)
