Are you buying food supplements for your company? At OTX Pharma® you can also order as an entrepreneur, company, shop, salon, fitness studio or other business customer.
Are you a VAT payer?
If you are not a VAT payer, we will issue a standard invoice including Czech VAT.
If you are a VAT payer, the process depends on whether you are a Czech VAT payer or a VAT payer from another EU member state.
Czech VAT payer
If you are a VAT payer in the Czech Republic, we will issue an invoice including Czech VAT. You can then reclaim the VAT according to your tax rules.
Please fill in your company details, including company ID and VAT ID, when placing the order.
VAT payer from another EU country
If you are a company from another EU member state and have a valid VAT ID, the e-shop will automatically issue an invoice without Czech VAT after you enter your VAT ID during the order process.
This regime applies to the delivery of goods from the Czech Republic to another EU member state. The customer then handles VAT in their own country according to local tax rules.
Payment for business orders
Business orders can only be paid online when completing the order, for example by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, if this option is available for the given country.
Business orders are not shipped cash on delivery and are not available on invoice with deferred payment.
For larger orders, we reserve the right to verify the order before dispatch.
Who is business purchasing suitable for?
- shops and small retailers,
- convenience stores and specialised stores,
- beauty and wellness salons,
- fitness centres and trainers,
- companies buying products for employees or resale.
What information is required?
- company name,
- company registration number,
- VAT ID, if you are a VAT payer,
- billing and delivery details.
Larger orders
If you plan to order a larger quantity of products, for example 10, 20 or more pieces, you can contact us in advance. We will be happy to check product availability and delivery options.
